00Why pace

Blast 2,000 texts at once and carriers filter you, customers opt out, and the phones ring off the hook. Pace them, and every text is delivered, read and answered.

01Pacing

You set the speed.
We hold the line.

Carriers trust senders that look steady. L7 meters every campaign so it never looks like a blast, and your team never gets more replies than it can answer.

    Set the pace

Pick how many texts go out per hour, per client and per campaign. Twenty an hour for a two-person front desk, five hundred for a call center. Change it live, mid-send.

    Respect their clock

Texts only go out between 9am and 8pm in each recipient's own time zone, read from their area code. If an area code spans two zones, we wait until both are open.

    Warm up new numbers

Start a fresh number at 25% or 50% of its pace and ramp up, so carriers see a steady, trustworthy sender instead of a sudden spike.

    Pause before it hurts

If carrier filtering passes 5%, opt-outs pass 3% or failures pass 15% in the last hour, the campaign pauses itself so one bad message never burns your number.

Auto-reply

03Replies + notifications

Every reply finds a person.

Pacing means replies arrive at a rate people can handle. L7 makes sure each one reaches the right person, wherever they are.

Reply received
  • Text to your phone

The reply, who sent it, and what they were answering.

  • Email to your team

Any approved address, so the office sees it at a desk.

  • Team inbox Coming soon

One thread per contact, every campaign in context.

HELP and STOP, handled

Auto-replies go out instantly, and opt-outs carry across every campaign.

Consent checked every send

Opt-out status is checked the moment each text leaves, not when the list was uploaded.

Clicks you can trust

Each recipient gets a tracked short link. Link previews and bot clicks are ignored.

04Deliverability

Deliverability isn’t a setting. It’s the whole product.

Fast is easy. Landing in the inbox, every time, at volume, is the hard part. These are the rules L7 never bends.

01

10DLC, done right

Every client gets its own registered brand and campaign with the carriers. No shared or gray-route traffic.

02

Carrier-grade routes

Texts go out through Sent.dm, Twilio or Telnyx, each number held under its own throughput and daily limit.

03

Never a double text

If a provider times out, the send is flagged for review instead of blindly retried. Nobody gets the same text twice.

04

Status only moves forward

Sent, delivered, failed, filtered. Late or out-of-order carrier updates never rewrite what actually happened.

05

MMS that fits

Photos are resized and compressed to carrier limits automatically, so picture messages arrive looking right.

06

No surprise segments

A live character and segment counter shows exactly what each message costs before you hit send.

05Reports

Know what landed.

Sent, delivered, replies, clicks, opt-outs and failures for every campaign, by day, with a CSV export when someone asks for the spreadsheet. No vanity “opens”: SMS doesn’t report them, so we don’t invent them.

06FAQ

Questions, answered.

01 What does “pacing” actually mean?

Instead of sending a whole list at once, L7 releases texts at a steady rate you choose, like 25 an hour. Carriers see a consistent sender, and your team gets replies at a rate it can answer.

02 Will texts ever go out at night?

No. Campaign texts only send between 9am and 8pm in each recipient’s local time, worked out from their area code. You can also limit sends to your own business hours.

03 Can I change the speed after a campaign starts?

Yes. Raise or lower the pace, pause or resume at any time. Changes apply within seconds, and everything already sent stays exactly as it was.

04 Which carriers and providers do you use?

L7 sends through Sent.dm, Twilio and Telnyx on registered 10DLC numbers. We handle the brand and campaign registration for each business.

05 Do you track open rates?

No, because SMS doesn’t report opens. We report what is real: delivered, replies, clicks on tracked links, opt-outs and failures.

06 I’m an agency. Can I run this for my clients?

Yes. Agency mode gives you one sign-in across every client. Each client has its own workspace, numbers, pace, caps and reports.

Stop blasting. Start pacing.

Set up your workspace, connect a number and send your first paced campaign. We’ll handle the carrier registration.
